  • To secure a booking a £50 deposit will be needed to secure a booking.
  • Full payment must be taken on the day of installing. This can be paid in cash or via bank transfer.
  • In the agreement in hiring a Hot tub from “The only way is Hot tub hire” You are in agreement that any damage that is caused to our products for misuse or carelessness or theft. You are fully liable to cover repair costs or a replacement Hot tub if beyond repair!
  • You must follow our guidance of the daily chlorine top up to keep your tub clean (We will provide these simple instructions on the day, and provide you with a guide) If these instructions are not followed, you run the risk of the chlorine causing irritation to your eyes and skin.
  • All bookings made can be cancelled or changed up to 24 hrs before booking.
  • If there is a fault with your product then we will aim to get you a replacement asap. Or provide a full refund.
  • We are not liable for any fatalities or personal injury caused by negligence or foul play.
  • We recommend whilst consuming any beverages that you only use plastic or none breakable cups. (As any broken glass could result in injury or damage to the Hot tub)

Requirements for install

  • We will require approx. 10ft x 10ft clear flat area.
  • Electric PowerPoint within 7 meters of the hot tub (As we are not covered to use extension leads).
  • A water supply for our team to connect to.
  • Drainage points to the empty Hot tub once we come to collect the Hot tub.

All our Hot tubs come with full LED lighting, and a simple step by step guide on for usage.
We also offer Single day hire from £65 per day.
